What is Direct to Film (DTF)?
Direct to Film (DTF) is a next-generation print technology that delivers unbeatable durability and precision. Your custom design is printed in vibrant, high-resolution ink onto a specialized film. That film is then coated with a specially engineered adhesive powder and passed through a high-heat oven to “bake” the design—creating a ready-to-press transfer that’s incredibly easy to apply. The result? A long-lasting, stretch-resistant, ultra-soft graphic that adheres beautifully to a wide variety of fabrics. DTF is a top-tier print method known for its outstanding versatility and superior resolution across many different materials.
Our DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, silk, satin, linen, denim, and treated leather, making them one of the most versatile decoration methods available.

What file formats do you accept?
We recommend high resolution files with transparent backgrounds if no background is required. You can send PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or any file format in hand and we can check compatibility free of charge.
How fast is your turnaround?
Same-day printing and shipping if ordered before 2 PM. For larger orders, contact us for timing.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Orders are processed quickly, so contact us immediately if you need changes. We can't guarantee changes after printing starts.

What is the process to apply the transfers?
-PRE PRESS GARMENT 6-8 SECONDS TO REMOVE MOISTURE
-LINT ROLL LOGO AREA BEFORE PLACING TRANSFER
-MEDIUM PRESSURE
-PLACE TRANSFER AND PRESS 12-15 SECONDS @ 300 DEGREES F OR 150 DEGREES C
-COOL PEEL-PLEASE ALLOW PROPER COOLING BEFORE PEELING TRANSFER SHEET 8-10 SECONDS
-COOL RAG/TOWEL TO SPEED UP COOLING IS OPTIONAL
-POST PRESS 10 SECONDS WITH TEFLON SHEET OR SAME TRANSFER SHEET TO SEAL THE DEAL

HOW DO YOU USE THE GANGSHEET BUILDER?
You upload your logos, select needed sizes and quantity, the builder will layout all your logos nicely spaced within the gangsheet length required for the total number of logos to print.
